The Spitäler fmi AG, with over 1,600 employees, includes the two acute hospitals Interlaken and Frutigen, the psychiatry department of Spitäler fmi AG, the health centre in Meiringen, the senior centres in Frutigen and Interlaken, the rescue service with 5 locations, the walk-in clinic in Interlaken as well as various practices. Your area of responsibility
- Caring for, supporting and treating patients from the fields of surgery, orthopaedics, traumatology, gynaecology and internal medicine
- Professionally applying nursing expert knowledge in practice
- Supporting a culture of interdisciplinary collaboration and decision-making
- Meeting and accompanying patients and their relatives with empathy
- Supporting students of the NDS Intensive Care during their training
Your competencies
- You have a diploma as an expert in intensive care.
- You are accustomed to managing acute and invasive patient situations.
- You find it easy to deal with people in exceptional life situations and to tailor your actions to their needs.
- You remain calm in complex situations, acting competently and thoughtfully.
- You like to think along and want to participate in the further development of nursing.
- You are committed to implementing evidence-based nursing.
- You value careful and responsible work.
