You support the CEO as well as the departments Member Business Development & Communications, Purchasing, Sustainability, and Finance & Services in coordination and organizational tasks. Furthermore, you perform assistant tasks, organize and monitor appointments, create evaluations, presentations, and minutes, and actively participate in international projects.

Ideally, you have already successfully completed at least four semesters of your university studies (HF/FH/Uni) focusing on economics or have already completed your studies. You ideally bring some initial professional experience (student jobs, other extracurricular activities) and are enthusiastic about purchasing and international cooperation. Fluent language skills in German and English as well as very good Office user skills are desired, as well as a high level of commitment and curiosity.
