• Cleaning of public areas
• Maintenance of luggage rooms and cleanliness of outdoor areas and lobby entrance
• Handling of dirty and clean laundry / support of the laundry department
• Support of the floor team (vacuuming, refilling minibar, stripping beds)
• Shuttle rides for our guests to and from the train station as well as within Arosa
• Co-responsibility for luggage handling during arrivals and departures
• Compliance with hygiene regulations
• Support in all departments

• Valid driver's license
• Professional and specialized experience in a comparable position in a similar hotel category is an advantage
• An engaged and independent working style
• Warmth, confident appearance, and polished manners
• You recognize even the unspoken guest needs
• Communication-secure German skills are a requirement, additional languages are an advantage
• Creativity should not be a foreign word - WE are open to new things
