Your Tasks
- Social anamnesis clarifications and formulation of the social support needs during the inpatient stay in the transition psychiatry ward
- Advice and support for patients and their relatives in personal, educational, professional, legal, and financial matters, as well as organization of follow-up solutions in the areas of education & work, housing, and daily structure
- Working in pairs in tandem
- Coordination and exchange in the interdisciplinary team and with external professionals and institutions
Your Profile
- Tertiary degree in social work, with a focus on social work
- Preferably experience and/or training focus with adolescents/young adults in a clinical setting
- Professional experience in psychiatry is an advantage
- Solution- and life-world-oriented attitude and working method
- High flexibility, independence, and creativity in daily work
- Ideally, training in practical supervision (for possible support of future interns) available
