This is what you can achieve
- Care, maintenance and upkeep of our properties and technical systems.
- Planning, coordination and execution of maintenance and repair work.
- Contact person for the cleaning team at the location.
- Participation in the training of our apprentices at EFZ, EBA and PrA levels.
- Support with conversions, relocations and internal events.
- Monitoring and operation of technical systems.
- Providing on-call and winter services.
This is what you bring
- Training as a caretaker with a federal diploma, facility maintenance specialist EFZ or equivalent.
- Empathetic, resilient and team-oriented personality.
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working.
- Confident German, driving licence category B as well as good IT skills (MS Office, Kaba Exos, Siemens Desigo, alarm systems etc.).
