For our global headquarters in Pfäffikon/SZ, we are looking for additional support in the area of Group Quality Management. Together with the local organizations, you will implement the global quality strategy, initiate and lead site- and organization-wide improvement projects in the area of quality, conduct audits, and handle warranty cases, customer complaints, and quality issues from suppliers. You will also act as a liaison between our strategic purchasing, development, and product support, particularly supporting supplier and product qualification. You will be in close contact with the global quality organization and collaborate with various internal departments at all levels.
YOUR TASKS
- Processing and analysis of supplier non-conformities, customer complaints, and warranty claims, as well as implementation and monitoring of measures
- Planning and conducting internal audits (worldwide)
- Implementation and monitoring of measures, as well as participation in certification audits
- Support in supplier qualification (assessment, audit, FAI)
- Support for development projects (requirements, risk analysis / FMEA, quality control plan, milestone reviews) and participation in process improvements
- Initiating and leading global improvement projects in the area of quality (processes, tools, and methods)
- Training of employees (worldwide)
WHAT YOU BRING
- Higher technical education with further training in quality management
- Several years of professional experience in the QM area
(plant, mechanical engineering, or comparable industry) - Knowledge of standards (ISO 9001) and experience with error and problem-solving methods (8D/9S) as well as in risk and hazard analyses (FMEA or similar)
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written form at all levels within the organization in German and English (with suppliers, customers, external parties)
- Professional leadership skills are an advantage
- Confident handling in a complex, changing environment
- Customer- and solution-oriented working style
- Good presentation skills
