Clerk in Finance & Accounting

Tasks

• Independent support and advice to the various management teams on accounting matters
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Management and administration of internal city service charge accounting as well as account reconciliation with counterparties
• Execution of debtor dunning runs and monitoring of the entire dunning control
• Collaboration on ancillary cost accounting
• Processing of payment transactions (DTA, LSV, DD)
• Independent monitoring of general ledger accounts

Profile

• Commercial basic training and completed further education as an accounting clerk
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
• High customer and service orientation
• Good communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders and high social competence
• Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge (FICO, RE-FX, etc.)
• Independent, reliable and precise working style
• Quick comprehension and networked thinking
