Your area of responsibility

Your tasks include:
- The careful and professional preparation and presentation of meals for patients, restaurant guests, and employees
- The consistent adherence to dietary requirements as well as hygiene and quality standards
- Working in the menu office and recording menu requests in our electronic menu recording system OrgaCard
- Active collaboration in the kitchen team and participation in a varied, needs-based catering
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a cook EFZ
- Ideally further training as a diet cook or the motivation to acquire this expertise with us
- Whether with professional experience or at the beginning of your career: We look forward to your application
- Independent, reliable and creative way of working as well as enjoyment of teamwork
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays
- Flexibility, sense of responsibility and a strong understanding of quality
Our offer

Our employment conditions are generally based on the collective labour agreement (GAV) for the staff of Bern hospitals and clinics.
