We are looking for a committed individual as a Trust Officer (m/f) who wants to actively contribute and develop the team together with us.

Your tasks:

• Independent management of financial and payroll accounting for national and international clients
• Responsibility for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations for legal entities and individuals
• Active advice and support of clients in all financial and tax matters
• Participation in the design and optimisation of internal processes in a dynamic environment

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training, with a trust specialist certificate / financial and accounting specialist certificate, or willingness to obtain one
• Several years of experience in the trust sector is required
• Good knowledge of the accounting software ABACUS, as well as Office 365 applications
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, structured, and precise way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Confident and professional appearance
