Your Tasks
- Professional, organisational and personnel management of the internal medicine-urology general ward
- Ensuring high-quality and patient-oriented nursing care
- Control and optimisation of workflows as well as further development of nursing processes
- Responsibility for personnel planning, deployment control as well as promotion and development of the team
- Close interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical service and other specialist departments

Your Profile
- Completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Ideally further training as a ward manager or comparable qualification or willingness to complete this
- Several years of professional experience in the inpatient sector, ideally in internal medicine or urology
- Leadership skills, organisational strength and sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills as well as team orientation
