Are you an inspiring leader with a keen sense of the labour market and the needs of employers? Then take responsibility for our Placement team and work together with your employees to create effective solutions for job seekers and companies. Take the opportunity to achieve sustainable placement success in a central leadership role and set important impulses for the labour market in the canton of Lucerne.
Your tasks
- You lead, develop and promote the Placement team including the areas of Labour Market Service (AMS) and Employer Consulting (AGB).
- You ensure that the defined placement, performance and quality targets as well as the agreed placement quotas are achieved.
- You analyse key figures and effects, initiate improvement measures and continuously develop processes.
- You provide professional, service-oriented support to employers in recruitment and job filling.
- You ensure the legally compliant and efficient implementation of the job reporting obligation and the associated placement processes.
- You promote cross-departmental collaboration between employer consulting, labour market service, personnel consulting and other stakeholders.
- You strengthen active employer management and promote knowledge transfer on labour market and industry topics.
- You actively participate in projects, change initiatives and the further development of placement services.
Your competencies
- You have a higher education (HF, FH or equivalent) in business, human resources management, labour integration, social insurance or a related field.
- You bring several years of leadership and professional experience in public employment services, personnel placement, personnel consulting or a comparable environment.
- You have good knowledge of unemployment insurance and relevant labour market legislation.
- You have experience in leading employees as well as in managing goals, performance and key figures.
- You think in a networked and entrepreneurial way and consistently focus your actions on impact, quality and results.
- You convince through your communication skills, assertiveness and high cooperation and consulting competence.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and confidently with digital specialised applications as well as common office programmes.
