What you can achieve
- You create and visualize user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to design user-centered frontend applications.
- With your keen sense of perspectives, you bring the user view into every phase – from the first requirement to the final solution.
- You collect, analyze, and validate insights from user research and A/B tests with a focus on real needs.
- The design system is your playground: you further develop our UX guidelines and design patterns and ensure a consistent, modern user experience.
- In workshops, you make ideas take flight – whether design thinking, ideation, or co-creation: you moderate, inspire, and work with your team in agile settings.
What sets you apart
- a higher education or a degree in User Experience / User Interaction Design or a comparable professional certificate
- several years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on the design process, user research, and tools like Figma
- experience in agile teams – ideally with a Scrum background
- passion for clearly communicating complex topics and for digital customer experiences
- creative mind with a sense for smart solutions and visual storytelling
