About the job
Your Challenge
As a team leader, you are responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and participating in the production processes in our assembly. Your goal is to carry out manufacturing efficiently and with high quality. Your tasks include leading and motivating the team, adhering to safety and quality standards, and improving work processes.
Additionally, you are an important link to production management and department heads. You regularly communicate with various departments to ensure that information flows well and production goals are met. Your ability to mediate between teams and find solutions is crucial to the success of our projects.
Your Profile
You have a vocational training (preferably as a metalworker) or very good manual skills. If you bring leadership experience and have a pronounced organizational talent, are flexible and resilient, and can think in a networked way, then you are the reinforcement we are looking for! Furthermore, you are characterized by loyalty, an independent, reliable, and careful way of working, and can keep an overview and act proactively even in hectic situations.
