Case Management Education / Job Coaching

To expand our team in Vocational Integration, we are looking for a dedicated, communicative and motivated individual to start immediately or by arrangement.
Tasks to be performed
- Coaching young people through vocational measures or training
- Coordination of interdisciplinary collaboration with referring agencies, relatives, legal guardians as well as residential and work areas
- Leading and documenting review meetings with internal and external parties
- Writing reports
- Placement and coaching of young people during external internships
- Advising companies on dealing with young people with mental illness
- Job acquisition and job placement
What we expect from you
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) with additional training in social work or equivalent experience
- Further education in social pedagogy, coaching, supported employment or vocational trainer is an advantage
- Empathetic, motivating and assertive consulting style
- Mental resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Good MS Office user skills
