Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a wide range of guests. The venue at Pelikanplatz impresses with its unique design, offering the option to dine on-site or select sushi boxes from a large display cabinet to take away. Negishi features a boulevard area and has over 50 seats.

Daily and monthly closings as well as inventories? Easy, it’s in your blood ✅
As a service leader, you motivate the team and keep everything running smoothly 🚀

Your talents & experience:
You have completed basic training in gastronomy and already bring several years of service experience – professional level achieved 🍴
You are an operationally oriented doer and like to pitch in 💪
Shift work and weekend duties? No problem – you are always ready for action ⏰
Your sales talent convinces – upselling? You’ve got it covered 💵
Organisation is in your blood – you always keep an overview 📋
