Your future field of responsibility

• Taking over shift management at reception with responsibility for a smooth process from check-in to check-out
• Room allocation and preparation of VIP arrivals
• Professional support of the team during the shift and direct contact person for operational questions
• Ensuring excellent guest service and solution-oriented handling of individual concerns and complaints
• Communication with housekeeping, technical services and other departments to optimally coordinate all processes
• Responsibility for cash reconciliation and proper handover to the following team
• Monitoring compliance with all quality, hygiene and safety standards in the reception area
• Accompanying new colleagues during induction and passing on expertise in everyday work
• Contributing to the optimisation of processes and services through own ideas and initiative
• Representing management from 6 pm and on weekends

Your profile

• Professional experience in the front office area, ideally in a comparable position with knowledge of Opera
• Willingness to take responsibility and make solution-oriented decisions
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and guest contact – an office job is not an option for you
• Confident command of German and English for daily interaction with international guests
• Communicative and motivated personality
