Who we are looking for
We are not looking for construction site tamers or lone fighters.
We are looking for people with overview, humour and backbone. People who take responsibility, enjoy working with planners and contractors and know: good construction management requires trust, clarity and integrity.

Your profile
- Training as a construction manager, architect, HF technician, EFZ draughtsperson with corresponding experience or comparable background
- Several years of construction management experience, ideally in Switzerland
- Confident handling of costs, deadlines, tenders and contractor coordination
- Good knowledge of Swiss standards, construction processes and execution details
- Clear communication, organisational talent and enjoyment of direct contact with people
- Independent, solution-oriented and responsible working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Openness to digital tools and modern working processes
