HR Consultant
What you can achieve
- You advise and support managers as a competent and trusted contact person in all personnel-related matters throughout the entire HR lifecycle
- You professionally support managers in demanding personnel, labour law, and organisational situations
- Together with the HR Business Partners, HR Support, HR Administration, and HR Competence Centres, you ensure solution-oriented and customer-focused HR consulting
- You work closely with specialists in the fields of labour law, compensation & benefits, and other HR specialist areas
- You actively contribute your expertise to the further development of HR processes and services and help ensure efficient workflows
- You accompany change and transformation processes and support managers in successful implementation
What you bring
- Further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Experienced in dealing with labour law, personnel, and organisational issues
- High advisory competence, decisiveness, and a winning, professional demeanour
- Independent, solution-oriented personality with an interest in actively shaping change processes and interdisciplinary collaboration
