Your Role

In this varied and responsible position, you will play an important role in the finance area as the deputy to the Head of Finance & Controlling. You impress with an independent, structured, and precise way of working. Thanks to your strong affinity for numbers and analytical strength, you quickly recognise connections and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset.
 

These Tasks Await You

• You support the Head of Finance & Controlling in operational matters and deputise during their absence.
• Timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations is part of your responsibilities.
• You ensure the correct posting of complex business transactions.
• You actively contribute during the budgeting process and support the CFO.
• You independently and reliably manage the non-life insurance matters, including claims reporting.
• Quarterly, you prepare the VAT returns, check them carefully, and submit them on time.
• You prepare the tax returns including inter-cantonal tax allocation and submit them punctually.
• The preparation and support of the annual financial statement audit complete your diverse range of tasks.
• You create analyses, evaluations, and decision-making bases for management.
• Besides day-to-day business, you will repeatedly encounter exciting projects where you can apply your expertise purposefully and make an impact.

These Skills You Bring

• You hold a qualification as a Finance & Accounting Specialist with a federal diploma or a comparable further education.
• Your several years of experience in a comparable role are applied purposefully in this position.
• Thanks to your entrepreneurial mindset, you understand business contexts and take them into account in your actions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Navision as well as very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, complete your profile.
• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
