Skills
- CFC in agricultural mechanics, logistics, or retail management required.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural techniques essential.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills needed.

- Advice, service and sales to customers in the store and by phone
- Customer loyalty and prospecting new clients
- Stock monitoring and maintenance, inventory preparation
- Order placement and supplier relationship management
- Receipt and inspection of goods
- Preparation of customer orders
- Close collaboration and support to the workshop and sales team
- Management of service administrative documents, drafting offers.
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an agricultural machinery mechanic or logistician or retail trade manager
- Essential knowledge of agricultural technology
- Strong interest in sales
- Analytical skills, practical sense and manual dexterity
- Knowledge of stock management software is an advantage
- Excellent sense of hospitality and communication
- Good listening skills, patience and solution-oriented
- Rigorous, flexible and versatile person with a good team spirit.
