Our client is a globally active technical manufacturing company with around 180 employees at various locations in Switzerland.

For the company headquarters in the Döttingen area (AG), we are looking for an independent, precise, communicative, reliable, solution- and team-oriented personality.

Show what you are capable of - these tasks await your energy:

• Planning and coordinating the assembly team and site deployments
• Advising customers by phone and email as well as processing appointment and material requests
• Organising material deliveries in cooperation with internal departments
• Ensuring timely scheduling and optimising processes
• Interface between customers, field service, project management, service, and assembly

To bring in all your energy, you should have the following:

• Commercial training in the field of scheduling or logistics
• Several years of professional experience in scheduling and/or deployment planning
• Very good German and French skills, both spoken and written
• Good MS Office and ERP knowledge
