About the Position
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring and continuously improving product and process quality. They act as an interface between production, customers, and suppliers and contribute significantly to compliance with quality standards and the optimization of the quality management system.
What You Can Achieve
Conducting and documenting quality audits (internal/external)
Handling non-conformities, complaints, and potential risks through structured problem-solving methods (8D, Ishikawa, FMEA)
Developing and implementing quality strategies for process improvement
Supporting the introduction and maintenance of Lean and Six Sigma initiatives
Creating and maintaining quality documentation (Q-plans, test protocols, work instructions)
Training and raising awareness among employees on quality-related topics
Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure quality requirements
Supporting the development and implementation of processes and quality systems to prevent errors in production and delivery
What You Bring
Completed technical studies (e.g., mechanical engineering, process engineering, quality management, electrical engineering) or comparable education
Professional experience in quality assurance/management, ideally in an industrial environment
Knowledge of standards and norms such as ISO 9001
Experience with methods such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, 5 Why, Lean, Six Sigma
Confident use of MS Office and quality software
Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and assertiveness
