Your tasks
- Internal interface for city council matters
- Providing electronic files for the city council
- Editing and issuing city council resolutions
- Management of business administration
- Power user CMI and Microsoft 365
- Counter and telephone operation
- General chancellery work including naturalisations
Your profile
- Commercial training with professional experience in public administration
- Very good PC user skills, preferably experience with CMI
- Confident German language skills (written and spoken)
- Precise, efficient and independent working style
- Integrity and discretion
