What you can look forward to:

• Management of the nursing department and ensuring operations
• Joint leadership, promotion and development of the nursing team with the team leader, the nursing expert and the vocational trainer
• Ensuring high-quality and patient-oriented care in cardiological and psychosomatic rehabilitation
• Organisation and optimisation of nursing and work processes
• Compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards
• Representation of the clinic in external committees as well as responsibility for correct assessment recording, budget planning, patient triage and discharge management
• Support of the nursing team, participation in projects and promotion of interprofessional collaboration

We are pleased about:

• Training as a nursing specialist at tertiary level
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in a management position
• High professional and social competence as well as enjoyment in dealing with rehabilitation patients (a) in the cardiological and psychosomatic field
• Enjoyment of team leadership, team development and appreciative communication
• Organisational skills, sense of responsibility and commitment
