Your task is demanding and versatile.
Those living in modest economic conditions receive a financial contribution towards the premiums for mandatory health insurance - the individual premium reduction.
After a thorough professional introduction, you will dive into our core business. Do you enjoy working independently and want to take responsibility? That is exactly what we expect from you in this role. You are responsible for processing your customer register. From receiving the application for individual premium reduction to the correct calculation of the contribution and ensuring the payment to the health insurers, you support our customers in line with our corporate values. You also process change notifications, check training documents for young adults in education, and arrange the payment of flat rates for recipients of supplementary benefits. You appreciate oral and written contact with your customers, health insurers, and municipalities. You enjoy conveying legal foundations and contexts clearly, courteously, and professionally. One thing is certain - it will never be boring for you as a customer advisor with us.

You have a commercial education and preferably bring experience in the insurance sector or a comparable environment.
