Your Tasks
In your role, you support the Head Physician during consultations, participate in diagnostic and therapeutic measures, and independently and responsibly carry out delegated tasks. You ensure comprehensive care and support for patients with high and efficient professional competence and are responsible for all administration and appointment scheduling in this context. In addition, you maintain close, cooperative collaboration and factual communication within an interdisciplinary and interprofessional team.
Your Profile
For our fertility consultation, you have training as a Medical Practice Assistant with additional training, e.g., as a Medical Secretary, and at least 2 years of professional experience. You maintain a pleasant manner with patients and are familiar with scheduling consultations. Good oral and written knowledge of the English language is an advantage. Returnees are welcome.
You possess good PC skills, have organizational abilities, and a quick grasp. You are resilient, loyal, and flexible and appreciate working independently. You are reliable, efficient, and a team player. Respect for the individual and cultural needs of patients is a matter of course for you. Your active personal contribution to a pleasant and positive working atmosphere completes your profile.
