Your Tasks
- Professional responsibility for the area of activation and everyday life design
- Planning, implementation and further development of individual and group offers
- Individual support and promotion of our residents
- Leadership and professional support of voluntary staff
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, professionals and volunteers
- Organisation and coordination of events and activities
- Ensuring a high professional quality as well as continuous further development of the area
Your Profile
- Completed further training as a specialist in activation and everyday life design
- Experience in long-term care and enthusiasm for working with older people
- Very good German skills as well as good MS Office skills are an advantage
- You are an initiative-taking, creative and resilient personality with an independent working style
- Organisation is in your blood and you enrich the everyday life of our residents with ideas, empathy and joy
