TasksAs part of our young and dynamic team, you will be responsible for the Work Wear area in this exciting role. You are an ambassador for our brand Würth MODYF and, in close collaboration with the field service staff, expand the existing customer base and continuously maintain your customer relationships. Through specialized consultations, price negotiations, offer creation, and successful sales closures, you actively shape the customer relationship and thus contribute significantly to the company's success.
- In collaboration with the field service staff, you independently organize customer appointments
- You are responsible for a smooth process from the inquiry through the offer creation to the order and take over the communication between customers, internal service, field service, and suppliers
- With your personally provided MODYF Work Wear bus, you conduct competent consultations on-site with the customer and systematically support our sales team in selling work clothing
- In collaboration with the team management, you proactively shape the processes and participate in the further development of the team
- You are co-responsible for planning and conducting specialized training for existing and new employees
Requirements
- You have completed training in sales (e.g., retail) or a comparable discipline
- You enjoy the topics of Work Wear and sales (work experience in the textile industry is an advantage)
- You hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
- You enjoy being in contact with people, are service-oriented, and have strong negotiation skills
- You bring a proactive, structured, and independent working style
- You bring humor, positivity, and motivation
- You have very good written and spoken German skills
- Ideally, your place of residence is in the Solothurn/Bern region
