Your tasks include
- Execution under delegation of a comprehensive nursing process
- Co-responsibility for preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Support in crisis situations
- Conducting complex conversations with relatives
- Responsibility and co-design of interprofessional collaboration
- Independent completion of administrative tasks
You bring with you
- Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH or as a health specialist EFZ
- Experience in caring for mentally ill patients
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Exceptionally high flexibility
- High personal responsibility and proven social competence
- Completed basic course in aggression management or willingness to complete it
- Good networked thinking
