Your new job
- Support employees with questions and disruptions related to PC workstations (Windows), printers and mobile devices
- Active participation in IT projects and taking on the management of own projects
- Management of data security (DSG), network, servers, backup monitoring as well as ensuring clean documentation
- Active shaping of the IT landscape by contributing ideas, optimizing existing solutions and advancing relevant topics
Your qualification
- Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
- Ideally further education (HF, FH)
- Experience in support as well as in the administration of Microsoft 365 (e.g. Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune)
- Solid knowledge in network, server operation and backup solutions
- Enjoy solving problems independently and personal exchange with people
- Independent, solution-oriented working style and ability to set priorities
- Interest in new technologies and willingness to continue education
