La Boulangerie Industrielle SA is a family tradition company, specialised in wheat processing, manufacturing and selling bakery, viennoiserie and pastry – catering products. All its products are delivered to the sales points of the BISA group but also to supermarkets and food distribution chains, retailers and communities, hotels and restaurants present in various Swiss cantons.

We are looking for Bakers (M/F) for Geneva

Baker

• Preparation, kneading, baking and finishing of productsProduction of breads, special breads, viennoiseries, savoury products....
• Management of raw materials
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and current professional regulations: hygiene, safety
• Experience of more than 2 years in a similar position
• Training, diploma in bakery is a plus
• Initiative and very good priority management

The position is available immediately. Hours 6pm-3am.
