Introduction

For our client, a solid and established company in the trust sector, we are looking for a professionally competent and reliable individual as a Trust Officer (m/f/d). In this role, you will take responsibility for defined areas of work and ensure an efficient process in day-to-day business.

Tasks

• Independent management of various client and mandate accounting including preparation of interim and annual financial statements
• Support in payment transactions and liquidity management
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Direct support and advice to clients
• General administrative tasks such as reception, telephone and mail handling

Profile

• Completed further training as a Trust Officer or a comparable qualification - or you are close to completing it
• Several years of professional experience in the trust environment
• Service-oriented, enthusiastic and engaging personality
• Knowledge of Abacus is advantageous
• Structured, reliable and independent working style as well as very good German skills in spoken and written form
