This is your training with us

Retail specialists EFZ advise, support, and serve customers on different communication channels. They conduct demanding advisory and sales conversations in the local national language and in a foreign language. At Walder, they design product- and service-oriented shopping experiences and also participate in operational and inventory management processes.

If your school performance does not meet the requirements for a three-year basic education or other reasons prevent you from a three-year basic education, there is also the possibility to complete the two-year training for retail assistants with a federal vocational certificate (EBA). If suitable, you can then add two more years and thus also complete the basic training for retail specialists with a federal diploma of vocational education and training (EFZ).
