For our youth residential area in Interlaken, we are looking for a competent and motivated person with a specialised qualification from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
Tasks to be done
- Care and support of young adults with psychological impairments in the residential area
- Practical everyday support
- Key worker duties / support planning
- Administrative tasks
What we expect from you
- Completed specialised training in Social Pedagogy HF/FH
- Professional experience in residential care
- Psychological resilience, flexibility, independence and a sense of humour
