- Further training in quality management or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, ideally with project or leadership responsibility
- Experience in healthcare or social services is an advantage

- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Confident handling of common Office applications

Your mission
You develop and coordinate the quality management of Age-Appropriate Living Wollishofen and ensure that quality is not only documented but lived in everyday life.
In doing so:
- you develop and maintain our quality management system
- you review and optimise processes and documentation
- you plan and accompany internal as well as external audits
- you develop quality objectives, key figures and reports
- you coordinate quality projects and workshops
- you support managers with quality-related questions
- you accompany risk and improvement processes
- you promote a culture of learning and continuous development
