What you bring with you

• Further training in quality management or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally with project or leadership responsibility
• Experience in healthcare or social services is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Enjoy connecting people and accompanying change
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of common Office applications

Your mission

You develop and coordinate the quality management of Age-Appropriate Living Wollishofen and ensure that quality is not only documented but lived in everyday life.

In doing so:

• you develop and maintain our quality management system
• you review and optimise processes and documentation
• you plan and accompany internal as well as external audits
• you develop quality objectives, key figures and reports
• you coordinate quality projects and workshops
• you support managers with quality-related questions
• you accompany risk and improvement processes
• you promote a culture of learning and continuous development
