Activities in various departments, internal sales, purchasing/logistics, accounting/personnel and marketing.

• Customer contact by phone and email
• Processing offers and orders from A to Z for new products and spare parts
• Placing orders and coordinating delivery dates
• Working with MS Office and various software solutions
• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices as well as payment and dunning runs
• Assisting in personnel administration
• Co-organising events and exciting projects
• Administrative support for various specialist departments

• Good to very good secondary school grades
• Very good German and English skills
• Enjoy communicating in German, English and French
• Interest in administrative activities and the technical sector
• IT affinity
• Willingness to learn new things, apply what you have learned and take responsibility
• Motivated, reliable and a team player
• Confident and well-groomed appearance, pleasant manners
