Your tasks:
- Creating and processing individual projects and instructing the deployed operational personnel
- Working according to required and specified corporate guidelines
- Planning machine and personnel deployment as well as calling up services and timely control of necessary operational processes
- Developing parking options for rail vehicles and maintaining the required documents
- Checking incoming and outgoing machines and materials and taking stock of remaining materials and wagon space as well as releasing empty wagons
- Construction meetings with the client and preparing offers for the provision of on-site logistical services or transport services in coordination with various stakeholders
- Responsibility for the completeness and proper handover of all processed documents to dispatch and for billing to invoicing as well as filing and archiving tasks
Your profile:
- A completed training (e.g. as a railway worker in operational service)
- Additional qualifications as a shunting assistant or wagon master and solid experience in railway operations are desirable
- Experience in planning and implementing construction site logistics
- You have good IT skills (MS Office)
- Clear communication skills as well as a structured way of working, but also economic thinking and acting characterise you
- Teamwork skills in office work
- Willingness to undergo regional training
