Workplace Burgdorf

• You are the first point of contact for our customers regarding vehicle diagnostics and technical advice.
• You accompany and support garage owners and technicians with complex fault diagnoses and repairs – remotely or directly on site.
• You provide competent support via our diagnostic hotline.
• You train and instruct customers as well as the ESA sales team in the use of diagnostic devices and their software.
• You advise internal departments (purchasing, sales, warranty) and always keep an eye on technical innovations.

• Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ and further training as an automotive diagnostic technician for passenger cars with a federal certificate of competence.
• Several years of experience in vehicle diagnostics and vehicle systems.
• Strong communication skills, social competence, and confident demeanour – both on the phone and in direct customer contact.
• Very good German skills and knowledge of French or Italian.
• Confident handling of MS Office and enthusiasm for technical innovations.
• Independent, structured working style and strong analytical skills.
