Your important contribution

You play a key role in ensuring that our clients enjoy holistic, first-class, and individualized primary care at home
You assess chronic wounds and propose appropriate therapies and care measures
You support relatives and the persons to be cared for, as well as the team, in all questions related to care
You work and coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, health insurance companies, and the team

This is how you enrich our team

You have a tertiary education in nursing (HF, FH, AKP, DN II, also DNI and FA and care)
You have additional training as a wound expert
Your flexibility and commitment make you a reliable support in the team
Your good oral and written German skills help you communicate with the people around you
Your sense of responsibility and ability to recognize emergency situations and respond appropriately make you a valuable team member
Your cheerful nature is contagious and actively contributes to a positive corporate culture that delights our customers and enriches the work environment
You have the InterRAI HC course or are willing to complete it
