The Institute for Law and Economics (ILE-HSG) and the Executive School (ES-HSG) are active in research, teaching, and executive education.
Your tasks
- Support for research and practice-oriented projects in the field of Corporate Governance (Prof. Dr. Michèle Sutter-Rüdisser, Dr. Cornel Germann)
- Contribution to board training programme activities, in cooperation with the Executive School HSG
- General engagement with publications, lectures, and teaching activities
Your profile
- Demonstrate interest in Corporate Governance
- Flair for research in an interdisciplinary field and someone who likes to get to the bottom of complex issues
- Independent and reliable working style with strong analytical thinking and goal-oriented approach
- Initial practical experience through demanding internships or professional experience
- have acquired (or is about to complete) a Master's degree in business or a related field with excellent grades;
- are fluent in English and German
- The successful candidate is expected to enroll in the Graduate PhD Programme in Management at the University of St.Gallen
