• Paint inspections of vehicles, front cabins, and attachments according to defined acceptance process
• Creating manufacturing and test records for rail vehicles
• Supporting production in covering, painting, and sanding work
• Internal and external contact person for coated vehicles
• Training of newly hired employees as well as ongoing training of existing employees
• Continuous optimization of the coating process
• Regular reporting to the department manager
• Travel activity throughout Europe (approx. 20%)

• Completed basic training as a car body or industrial painter EFZ
• Further training in quality assurance or equivalent professional experience
• IT affinity (MS Office programs)
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B1), additional language skills are an advantage
• Driving license category B mandatory

• Support for further training opportunities (financially or with part-time options)
• Catering options in the Migros canteen
