You are familiar with floor coverings, parquet or terrace coverings and enjoy approaching people openly? For Kuratle & Jaecker AG at the Basel location, we are looking for a Sales Advisor for Internal Sales and Showroom. With us, you apply your expertise in personal on-site consultation and support our customers in finding the right products for their projects.

Sales Advisor: Internal Sales 100%

Your main tasks

• Active and competent advice to our customers on-site at the counter as well as by telephone
• Personal consultation in the showroom with a focus on floor coverings, parquet and terrace coverings - from recognising customer needs to recommending suitable products and accessories
• Receiving and processing enquiries and orders
• Project support from quotation to delivery
• Hub function between field sales, customers and suppliers
• General administrative tasks within the internal sales team

Your profile

• Completed training as a floor-parquet layer, in the wood processing industry or in retail with relevant industry experience
• Good expertise in at least one of the areas of floor coverings, parquet or terrace coverings as well as willingness to deepen your knowledge across the entire range
• Open, sociable personality with pleasure in actively approaching our customers and advising them according to their needs
• Ideally experience in personal customer consultation or sales
• High customer and service orientation, independent and reliable working style as well as flexibility and team spirit
• Good PC skills, SAP and CRM advantageous
• Confident German in spoken and written form
