The Pflegezentren Gemeinde Arth Foundation is one of the 60 largest employers in the canton of Schwyz and operates the Mythenpark and Chriesigarte retirement centres in Goldau and Arth. We provide a home for our 142 residents and employ around 190 staff, including 15 apprentices.

By arrangement, we are looking for you as Head of Housekeeping 80-100%.

These are your tasks:

• Leadership and promotion of 15 employees
• Ensuring smooth operational processes in cleaning, laundry, service and lounge duties
• Staff scheduling in these areas
• Organisation and execution of internal and external events
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Training apprentices as housekeeping specialists
• Further development of workflows and processes
• Purchasing and storage of housekeeping items, cleaning and washing agents
• Practical deployment in individual departments as needed
• Workplace: Chriesigarte in Arth

• Completed training as head of housekeeping or facility management HF
• Team-oriented, independent, responsible and communicative personality with leadership experience
• Good IT user skills (MS Office)
