For our client, a regionally established company in the tourism and leisure sector,
based in Central Switzerland, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, reliable and independent individual as
Finance & Accounting Specialist 70 - 100% (a), Central Switzerland
Your tasks:
- Independent management of the general and subsidiary ledgers including accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
- Participation in monthly closings as well as preparation of the annual financial statements according to OR
- Handling payment transactions, processing dunning procedures and preparing VAT returns
- Preparation and analysis of key figures as well as support in regular evaluations
- Management of master data and participation in optimising existing processes in the ERP system
- Support of management in internal and external projects as well as in business management issues
Your profile:
- A commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting or the willingness to develop further in this area
- Ideally several years of professional experience in finance and accounting, preferably in an SME
- Experience from the social insurance sector is also a good foundation for this role
- Good to very good Excel skills; ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- An accurate, independent and discreet working style as well as a sense of responsibility and team spirit
