About the job
We are a medium-sized SME 93 company and employ around 210 committed employees as a customer-oriented and innovatively managed family business. We are among the largest companies in Switzerland in the field of scrap processing and precious metal recovery. We operate in the areas of recycling, sales and disposal, logistics as well as dismantling and demolition.
To expand our management team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual as Workshop Manager to start immediately or by arrangement.
Main tasks
- Management and organisation of the workshop
- Planning and scheduling of the workshop
- Active assistance with repairs
- Appointment coordination with other departments
- Execution of internal and external construction projects
- Procurement of spare parts and materials for the workshop
- Execution of dismantling and demolition work
- Administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed training as a locksmith, mechanic or similar
- Very good knowledge of MAG 93 welding
- Basic knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics
- Several years of professional experience
- High commitment and self-motivation
- Flexible, motivated and reliable personality
