During your training at ESA, you ensure daily that our customers in the region are equipped with everything they need for the workshop everyday life as garage workers and bodyworkers. You will also gain insight into the logistics of our company.
Your tasks
- Loading the delivery vehicles for transport
- Scheduling the tours and optimal route selection
- Correct handover of goods to our customers including electronic processing of delivery notes
- Receiving customer requests and complaints and forwarding them to our shipping department
- Returns management
- Active participation in sales promotions by drivers
- Control and maintenance of delivery vehicles
