Do you want to shape, accompany and take responsibility? In this role, you are an important contact person for employees, residents and relatives.

Together with the ward manager, you ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and feel safe and valued in their home.

Your task – leadership close to the people

As deputy ward manager:

• you support the ward manager in the professional and personnel leadership of the team
• you accompany, promote and develop employees in everyday nursing
• you take responsibility for daily organisation and support the coordination of processes
• you participate in duty planning as well as in organisational tasks
• you contribute your expertise and support the further development of nursing quality
• you take part in quality and development projects
• you are a contact person for employees, residents and relatives
• you continue to work actively in nursing and experience directly the difference your work makes

What you bring with you

• Diploma as a nursing specialist HF/FH or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
• Joy in accompanying people and further developing nursing quality
• Interest in leadership and team development as well as willingness to take responsibility
• Sense of responsibility, organisational skills and a solution-oriented way of working
• Empathy, strong communication skills and enjoyment in exchanging with people
• Motivation to develop personally and professionally

The ZENTRUM RÄMISMÜHLE offers a home with a family atmosphere to around 100 residents. With us, we know the people we accompany and take time for individual needs.
