Job description
- Overall responsibility for a team of 20 employees, as well as the economic development of the company
- Leadership and further development of the specialist departments of structural planning, civil engineering, architecture, and construction management
- Personnel and professional leadership of department heads and employees
- Maintenance and expansion of a sustainable customer network in Eastern Switzerland
- Acquisition of projects and representation of the company towards clients, authorities, and partners
- Ensuring a high quality of planning and execution
- Responsibility for budget, profit and loss account, resource planning, and company key figures
- Promotion of digitalisation, innovation, and junior staff development
Profile
- Degree as a civil engineer FH/ETH, ideally with business management further training
- Solid experience in a leadership role in the engineering, architecture, or construction environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking and experience in customer development
- Good knowledge of the Swiss construction and engineering market
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Network in the German-speaking Swiss construction and real estate industry is an advantage
