• Central contract management
• Handling and organization of insurance matters
• Processing of claims
• Accompanying and supporting work in the area of Economics & Finance
• General office organization, correspondence, and coordination
• Involvement in interesting project and additional tasks
• Management of mail distribution and dispatch

• solid successfully completed commercial training, ideally in large-scale hotel management
• current know-how and knowledge in the mentioned subject areas
• at least 3 years of professional experience
• good German and English skills, spoken and written
• very good and confident IT skills within MS Office
• independent, systematic, and thorough way of working
• committed, confident, and friendly appearance
• team-oriented, open-minded, and reliable
