Role:
An internationally active Swiss MedTech company that develops, produces, and sells innovative solutions for modern eye surgery worldwide.
The developed solutions support medical professionals in performing eye surgeries more safely and efficiently, thereby sustainably improving the quality of life of patients.
Employees work closely with various departments in an internationally influenced environment and can contribute to technologies used worldwide in ophthalmology. Responsibilities:
As a central contact person, you support management and departments with business management questions and develop meaningful analyses as a basis for entrepreneurial decisions.
You analyse the profitability of products, product groups, and markets and monitor their financial development throughout the entire product lifecycle.
You coordinate financial matters with subsidiaries, support intercompany and cash management, and contribute to group consolidation and group accounting.
You actively shape the further development of transfer pricing and the optimisation of the finance system landscape.
You drive automated reporting, digital finance processes, and other optimisation projects forward and take on project leadership and team deputy roles as needed.
Qualifications:
A business degree with a focus on finance & controlling and several years of professional experience in a comparable role form your foundation.
You have solid knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and OR.
You are very confident in using MS Office.
You enjoy consulting, constructively question existing solutions, and like to find pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
You are characterised by a high digital affinity, strong numerical understanding, and interconnected thinking; you also communicate very well in German and well in English.
